Shipping policy
Every Mellowby order is printed to order and shipped from our production partners. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Production time
2–4 business days from when you place your order until your item leaves the print facility. Most orders move faster; larger orders or new designs occasionally take the full four days.
Transit time
- United States: 3–7 business days after your order ships (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination).
- Canada: 7–14 business days.
- United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days.
- Everywhere else: 14–28 business days.
International orders may be delayed by customs in your country. Any import duties or VAT are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in the price you see at checkout.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $50.
- Flat rate on US orders under $50.
- International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Military & first responders
Active-duty military, veterans, and first responders get 15% off every order. Verification is handled at checkout through our third-party verification partner.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), email support@mellowby.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, reprint and reship at no charge.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages after they leave the facility, and reshipping a package returned as undeliverable requires a new shipping charge.
