These terms govern your use of www.mellowby.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with Mellowby, a trading name of Pandaize LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country, to place an order. By checking out, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you're using is your own.

2. Products

Every product sold through Mellowby is made to order. Product photographs, mockups, and color swatches are representative — actual garments may vary slightly in shade, texture, or print placement due to the nature of made-to-order printing and the specific blank selected.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices and availability can change without notice. Sales tax is added where required by law.

Payment is charged at the time of order. By submitting an order you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — designs, artwork, photography, text, logos, and graphics — is owned by Mellowby or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs without written permission.

Any trademarks, brands, or names referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or automated scraping tools
  • Harass our team, other customers, or third parties
  • Violate any law in your jurisdiction

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately at support@mellowby.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mellowby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mellowby's total liability for any claim related to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless you and Mellowby mutually agree to arbitration or informal resolution.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
